Home Depot and having a positive outlook....

Hello, hello. Susan and I decided today that we're going to start decorating the nursery. Funny how it's now become a nursery and not our guest/junk room. We decided that we need to be totally positive about conceiving this time. I went to the Doctor today and am clear to start my Follistim injections on Thursday. I stem quickly so I will probably be inseminated sometime late next week. I'm so excited. This is our 6th attempt. I don't know why but I feel THIS is it.

So, I went to Home Depot tonight and picked out Pooh Bear yellow. Don't know if it will be a boy, girl or both so I thought yellow was safe. I think we're going to do the nursery in that Classic Pooh decor. It's sort of like an old fashioned Winnie the Pooh.

I said that I would report on the Doggie Birthday party. It was really a nice thing that our friends felt comfortable enough to invite us. They were afraid people would make fun of them. I thought it was cute and frankly, it was my last hoorah for beer drinking so I happily went! They had a little blow up pool and our dog Maizee jumped in and layed on her back trying to swim. I got sunburned and when we got home I went into the jacuzzi. I figured the hot water would take the burn out. So, here I am relaxing with my eyes closed and over the side comes Maizee! I almost had a heart attack! She has NEVER come near the jacuzzi. I guess after swimming in the kiddie pool at the birthday party she felt free to use the one she had at home!

Okay, Susan is watching "24" and I guess I should sign off for now and join her. I'd much rather be watching "Nancy Grace" rip people new assholes. She is so annoying yet sometimes I like her. To me she always looks like she smelled something bad.
