Fertility Drugs....Who'd convict me?

So, here I am. Day 600 of my captivity. I'm cranky and bitchy and way hormonal. I started working on the baby's room last week. Seems like a lifetime ago. (read my previous post, it's funny!) Anyway, I am finally done. Just have to get some new handles for the dressers. On my way home from the Doctor's office yesterday I spotted a man throwing out white furniture. I of course stopped my car and proceeded to garbage pick. The stuff was not kid proof and needed a nice coat of paint but otherwise in pretty nice condition. So, I went to Homo Depot and purchased some great stuff called "Cabinet Restorer." It's for Formica etc. This stuff is fantastic. Goes on with a sponge roller and makes the furniture look brand new.

Susan was not very pleased that I got our baby's furniture out of the garbage but I don't care. We're strapped pretty tight with all of this infertility stuff so why not save a buck when you can? I look at it like treasure hunting. (That's so sad!)

So, today I went back to the Doctor. I have been on Follistim injections for the past week and I have 3 follicles (eggs) of the right size and several that are a bit smaller. I will have my HCG injection tonight to release the eggs and then insemination tomorrow morning and Friday morning. I know this is going to be the time! I can't wait.
